Fujifilm MicroChannel Acquires SMB Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania

Fujifilm MicroChannel has announced that it has acquired the small to mid-sized Business (SMB) Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji). The acquired SMB Practice won an SAP Australia Partner Award for Mid Market and New Zealand Partner Award for Customer Lifetime Value Realisation last year, and its solutions include SAP Business One.

Fujifilm MicroChannel aims to strengthen it's Oceania SMB business sales and fuel growth within the region through the acquisition. Naoki Hama, president and CEO of parent company Fujifilm Business Innovation Corp said "We are very excited to announce the acquisition of the SMB Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania. They have an outstanding reputation and our combined business applications expertise allows us to continue to meet the demands of a growing market."

The announcement comes amid predictions of Oceania IT market expansion driven by strong growth in small and mid-sized businesses and corporate divisions. Hama continued "Through this acquisition we will warmly welcome customers from DXC Technology's SMB Practices in Oceania. We look forward to continuing to provide superior solutions and services to these customers and guiding them on their digital transformation journey."
