Innovation Takes Centre Stage at the SAP Best Tech Awards 2025

Angela Colantuono, President & Managing Director, SAP ANZ

Australia and New Zealand’s most forward-thinking organisations were celebrated at the SAP Best Tech Awards 2025, held on 7 October at the Art Gallery of NSW. The annual event recognised outstanding achievements in innovation and technology transformation across 13 categories, highlighting both enterprise and channel partner success stories.

More than 100 organisations from across the region competed for top honours, with winners selected for projects that delivered measurable business outcomes and pushed the boundaries of how SAP solutions can drive efficiency, customer value, and sustainable growth.

Angela Colantuono, President and Managing Director of SAP ANZ, praised the calibre of submissions.

“In today’s unforgiving business environment, standing still is not an option. These award winners show that smart technology investments don’t just cut costs, they unlock new revenue streams, sharpen competitive edge and turn IT into a true growth engine. It’s inspiring to see these organisations and the channel partners they work with re-imagine how value gets created and set the benchmark for their industries.”

Celebrating Innovation Across Industries

Among the major winners were Telstra and Bunnings, honoured for Business Transformation, while Zespri took home the Next Gen Innovator award. Nutrien Ag Solutions earned the title of Industry Disruptor, and Woolworths Group was recognised for excellence in Business AI.

Transport for NSW stood out in Data and Analytics, with Asahi Group Holdings taking the top spot for Supply Chain Management. Other winners included Cochlear for Concur, Squadron Energy for ERP Fast Growth, and Energy QLD for Intelligent ERP.
