SAP has announced the appointment of Lee Marshall as Head of AI for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Marshall brings more than 35 years of experience in digital transformation, including work in AI-driven business initiatives. In this role, he will focus on supporting organisations to implement Business AI and SAP Joule as part of their enterprise operations.

Marshall has held senior roles at Microsoft, Salesforce, and PwC, with close to two decades in solutions engineering and pre-sales. His experience spans financial services, government, telecommunications, transport, and logistics. Over the past two and a half years, his work has centred on generative AI and its application in business contexts.

SAP continues to develop and embed AI capabilities within its enterprise cloud portfolio. The integration of SAP Business Suite, SAP Data Cloud, and SAP Business AI is designed to create a feedback loop where applications generate data, data informs AI, and AI helps optimise those same applications.
